A small team that owns the result.
We’re a Latvian development team building ERP, CRM and e-commerce systems for companies that care about things actually working. We’re not the biggest, and we don’t want to be. We want to be the ones people come back to.
We only take on what we can do well.
Many agencies take on everything and then figure out how to deliver it. We work the opposite way. If a project falls outside our technologies, or we know we can’t do it the way it should be done, we say so honestly in the very first conversation. That’s why our clients stay for years.
First we understand the business. Then we write the code.
The biggest difference in how we work is that an experienced company lead gets involved in your business logic — not just a programmer executing a task. That’s how we catch problems before they become expensive.
